Genderal Terms

  1. I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission under any circumstance at any time for any reason.

  2. If the art you want is something you are not sure I can or cannot do, message me.

  3. Payment via PayPal as “send as friends and families”. USD only. If you cannot pay with PayPal message me to go over other possible options.

  4. I retain all rights to my artworks and may post it online with watermark. All commissions have potential to be uploaded to my art pages, if you do not want your ordered commission to be publicized message me and we can go over it.

  5. All Of My Commissions Are For Personal Use Only. For commercial works contact me for details.

  6. MY ART IS TO NOT BE EDITED OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY (this is a grey area as some art may need to be modified to be usable by buyer... i.e. sketches, lineart, etc) if you wish to do so contact me first about it.

  7. There Is NO REFUNDS.

  8. In order to prevent scams I will ask for payment before you receive the final product, typically after I'm done the sketching stage.

  9. I will try my best to actively communicate with you during the art making process, which usually (not always) takes about a few days to a week, so be sure to keep in contact with me.

  10. Please note that prices and art completion can vary depending on details, backgrounds, people, items, places & things, complexity, and requirements.

  11. No one should use my artworks as NFT. Do not contact me about NFTs, I will not do them.

  12. Please send as much reference as you can(If any). You can send me the reference through Discord, Twitter/X messages, or email. The more detailed the description and reference is, the better. Don’t be afraid to spam if you need to.

  13. Clients are allowed to post the commissioned art piece but make sure to give me credit where it is due.

  14. If you have any issues I will try my best to work them out with you. Please don’t be hesitant to tell me your worries and problems regarding the commissioned piece. Let me know so I can create a solution for the problem.

  15. If a client doesn't keep in contact for over a span of 3 months the commission will be canceled.

What I will NOT do?

  • NSFW (suggestive and artistic nudity is ok)

  • Gore

  • Any art that makes me feel uncomfortable doing

  • Any art that heavily deviates from my art style
